Sanitary, gap-free batch sifter at Chem Show
New sanitary batch sifter features gap-free screen frames, quick-disconnect clamps, radius
corners, continuous ground and polished welds, and a crevice-free interior finished to
sanitary standards. The unit meets cGMP, 3-A, USDA and
FDA standards, and can be disassembled with no tools
for rapid sanitizing. It is intended to scalp oversize
particles as small as 38 microns from dry bulk
materials or solids-laden slurries. The screen’s frame
interlocking flange fully envelops the support ring of
the screen, allowing the wire mesh of the screen
to fully extend to the interior walls of the frame,
eliminating the gap between the screen ring
and frame wall of conventional screeners where
material would collect. Screens are mounted to
support rings using FDA-approved epoxy and
sealed using FDA-approved
gasket material, and can be
provided with a mesh-tolerance certificate. VIBROSCREEN®.

Progressive cavity pumps are available in a wide selection of models

Semi-automatic, subsurface drum filler
Semi-automatic machine provides filling for foaming materials in 30-
and 55-gallon drums. It fills 55-gallon drums in 60 seconds or less,
and features an optional sanitary white paint
and sanitary lance. It comes standard with
Teflon seats and seals, a mild steel scale

New self-cleaning filter to be launched at WEFTEC
New 200 gpm, 3-micron, automatic, self-cleaning, string-wound cartridge
filter will be launched at WEFTEC. It was developed using the same
thread, plastic material and overall dimensions of
the previous cassette. However, this filter is
made of a stronger construction and a
denser thread stacking, which has
reduced the diameter of the pores and
improved its filtration capabilities.
Operating range is from 3 to 150 psi.
